Techniques We Use

Acupuncture

Thin, sterile, single-use needles placed at specific points to support pain relief, stress reduction, and overall balance.

Electroacupuncture

A gentle electrical current applied to acupuncture needles already in place, often used for pain and muscle-related conditions.

Laserpuncture

Low-level laser therapy used instead of, or alongside, needles to stimulate acupuncture points. Generally painless.

Cupping

Suction cups placed on the skin to relieve muscle tension and support circulation. Commonly causes temporary bruising.

Gua-Sha

A smooth-edged tool is used to gently scrape the skin, easing muscle tension and supporting circulation.

Electrical Stimulation (TENS)

Electrical stimulation applied to acupuncture points and meridians without needles.

Tui-Na

Chinese medical massage used to relieve tension and support circulation as part of your treatment plan.

Ear Acupuncture

Auricular acupuncture protocols, including the NADA protocol and battlefield acupuncture, for stress, cravings, and recovery support.

Dry Needling

Intramuscular needling of trigger points to release tight, painful muscle bands.

Qi Gong & Breathing Techniques

Breathing, relaxation, and gentle movement practices used to support your overall treatment plan.

Herbal Medicine

Personalized herbal formulas prescribed alongside your acupuncture treatment plan.

Telehealth Consultations

Video or phone visits for herbal medicine management, symptom check-ins, and lifestyle guidance. You must be physically located in Washington State at the time of your visit.

Acupuncture and herbal medicine are complementary approaches to wellness and are not a substitute for care from your primary medical provider.
